Each wine is only as good as it's glass. Glassware can often be overlooked. However, it is hugely important not only for how it enhances the aromas and flavours but also how it conveys an image and a palpable anticipation.

From my large network of industry contacts, I will liaise with suppliers, merchants and importers in order to acquire the best wines for you. There will never be any pressure to purchase mandatory wines and no obligation to have a list monopolised either. Whomever your supplier is/will be, I will work in conjunction with them in order to deliver the perfect wine list for you.
Once you have a list in place that you are happy with, the next step is to insure that the wines will sell.
Education is a key part of my role within the wine & spirits trade. I will organise training events for you and your staff, tailored specifically to your needs and expectations. Every aspect of the products on your list will be covered with as much or as little information as your require. However I deliver the facts, I will always aim to make it relevant, engaging and fun.
On every project I have been privileged to work on, I have always taken extra care to check everything is right. By taking an extra 6 months after consulting on your list, I take one step beyond to make sure you are fully happy. I aim to build lasting relationships that extend well beyond my commission period.
